Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Muscle Strain
It does seem like a Muscle strain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thank you for your question.
It does seem like a muscle strain since there is pain in the pubic bone.
I just need to ask a few questions.
Is it on one side or in the Center?
Is there any swelling when you strain or cough?
I need to rule out an Inguinal hernia or a ventral hernia.
If there is any swelling then you should see a Surgeon.
Is there any burning in the Urine or any constipation or diarrhoea?
If that is there, then an Ultrasound abdomen would be required.
Do let me know.
If it is a muscle strain then continue pain killers as you are taking, maximum three a day on full stomach and you can do warm water foamentation on the affected area.
Take care and do let me know if there are any queries on this issue.

It most likely is a muscle strain.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your reply.
I also do think that it is muscle strain only.
Continue the same treatment. Take Ibuprofen.
You could also apply Diclofenac gel over the affected area and warm compresses would help decrease the pain.
If the pain increases or any swelling appears then please do let me know.
Take care and recover well.
And yes this condition should not stay for more than 7 to 10 days. If it persists then please contact us or your Doctor.
Take care and get well soon.
