Question: I'm having some fairly significant pain in my lower left abdomen. It's worse when it stand.at times it spreads to my groin and recrum

You should get an Ultrasound abdomen.

Hi
Pain in the left lower side of abdomen can be due to left sided Ureteric stone,Twisted left ovarian cyst. Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.

I suggest you to consult a general surgeon and plan ultrasound scan.
