Brief Answer:
Acute Gastroenteritis management as following

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I am sorry for the problems you are going through.

1. Back pain. you are having is due to pulled muscle when you moved furniture. Keep applying peppermint oil and ibuprofen cream locally.
Take over the counter analgesic medication orally (e.g. ibuprofen or mephenamic acid).

2. Vomiting and diarrhoea are signs of acute Gastroenteritis possible due to virus

However, I need to exclude appendicitis as it was set so rapidly. Further consultation with surgeon if symptoms will not improve after following the advice below:
- increase fluids intake
- continue taking zofran
- take tasectan or pepto bismol to stop diarrea
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- take antacids
- have light meals (BRAT diet is mostly recommended= banana+ rice+ apple sauce+ toast)

Wish fast recovery.
