Hi again !
If I were your treating doctor I will manage your pain as below:
- Start doing some muscles exercises will make your back muscles less stuffy. Apply topical anti-inflammatory (like Voltaren or Diclofenac) on your back were you pain is, they are available as gel, patches ,sprays . Massage gently your back area .
and
- I would suggest because of the age, co-morbid conditions and current list of medications your on,
Try Naproxen 500 mg once a day.
Another medication I would suggest is :
-Baclofen (or other muscles relaxant) will relax your back muscles and help with the pain but need a local doctor prescription
If these don't work and your pain gets worse see your local doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
Wish these help.
Thank you !
