Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.
Based on the information provided by you, this might be mechanical back pain which is caused due to bad posture at work, long work-hours in particular position, lack of proper sleep or healthy diet as well.
I suggest you to try back strengthening exercises by extension of the back muscles. This will help to relieve the possible muscle spasm which causes the pain.
After a thorough physical examination, i would have prescribed pain killers and/or muscle relaxants which should give you relief. Physiotherapy may also be advised if necessary.
Avoid weight bearing exercises. Do only mild aerobics which does not put your back to strain.
Presently you can try using pain killer like Ibuprofen or diclofenac, which are available as over the counter agent,
(Tablet DICLOFENAC 50 mg twice daily after food for three days) apart from these application of local analgesic spray or gel will be helpful. Rest for day or two with the above measures will be helpful.
Hope this helps.
I'll be glad to address your further queries.
Take care

Hi
Welcome.
Hifenac P contains Aceclofenac and Paracetamol, I would suggest you to take drug which has only aceclofenac like aceclo or hifenac.
Myoril is a muscle relaxant, which will be helpful.
I would suggest you to take the not more than three days. If the pain persists further evaluation to find the cause is required.
Presently I don't think that toe pain that you suffered in the past is related to your present problem.
One must also rule out inflammatory disorders, for which I recommend you to get a X-ray of your spine after consulting with an Orthopedician. MRI can be taken in case you have any nerve compression.
Hope this helps.
I'll be glad to address your further queries.
