Suggest Treatment For Lumbar Spinal Stenosis
Lumbar canal stenosis
Detailed Answer:
good evening
Thank you for writing on health care magic
Well with.lumbar canal stenosis, not many good treatments are available. Most of the treatment depends on the symptoms you are experiencing
and the diameter of stenosis. I would like to know a few more symptoms:
1. any disturbance in urine or motions
2. do you experience claudication pain in the legs that is do they get tired on walking short distance after which you hve to take a break?
3. any weakness in the legs or arms?
4. any pain radiation to the legs...
periodic epidural Injections is one thing which you are taking.and Surgery would-be the last resort
.So trying to figure out how much is the level.of stenosis
Do let me know these queries

Good evening
Thank you for your reply
Well, if the answer is yes to all of these It would be better to go for a surgery. Surgery may or may not help the pain to that extent but the rest of the symptoms do improve with time. Injections is only a temporary outcome and they are only effective at an early stage. At this stage, you need something more...Have you been able to consult a spine surgeon or a neurosurgeon??
