Suggest Treatment For Lump In Right Quadrant With Pain While Exercising
Question: Top of my right quad my doctor thought I had a tear. It's a lump dip then a lump but only when I flex and isn't bruised. It only hurts when I exercise or move around a lot and hasn't gone away. I've had it a year. It hasn't grown or gotten worse, seems to be the same. What could this be?

I was playing softball, running to first and was like hitting a wall. Hurt and In the days to follow these lumps occurred.could it be an in healed tear?
