Question: 18 Yr daughter has a long lump in her left groin area. Has had for several months, recently it has began to drain. It will then fill up again.

the location most likely is femoral and next inguinal area possible by what you describe.

But would this type of hernia drain a pussy fluid? The lump is about an inch to two inches long and drains at the top.
