Suggest Treatment For Lump On Pelvic Floor Muscle

Question: I have discovered a golf ball size lump on my pelvic floor muscle. I think it might be on or between the superficial transverse perineal and pubococcygeus. I noticed it after going to the bathroom and wiping with toilet paper. It has been over a week and not gone down in size. I am sexually active and first contributed it to a swollen muscle from activitie. Now I am concerned it hasn't gone down in size but hoping it might be a hernia?
Hope you can help

Brief Answer:
unlikely to be hernia
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms XXXXXXX
Going by description of your symptoms it's unlikely to be hernia ad it's not usual site for occurrence of hernia. The perineum muscle are quite strong and there is no weak point.
Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination. It would helpful if you could provide me with clinical photograph for further assessment. Also do provide me following additional information
1. Is there pain associated with lump
2. Is there any discolouration of overlying skin
Awaiting your response
Take care

There is no pain at all and on the surface you can not see any discoloration and it's hard to see the location. I have only been able to notify it's location by touch.
Brief Answer:
Likely to be muscle hematoma
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms
such swelling not visible on surface and just palpable is likely to be small muscle hematoma usually associated with straining while passing stools. It would be very helpful of you could point out the exact area in clinical photograph.
In the meantime I would suggest you the following
1. Hot Seitz bath : To a tub of lukewarm water add 2 spoon of antiseptic solution. Sit in it For 15 to 20 minutes each session twice a day.
Take care
