Question: I have a very large lump on my upper back thigh. It is there when i bend my leg, but not when i stand , it is inside, you cannot see it, the lower part of leg has been hurting when i lay, but not when i stand

It could be a Lipoma.

As per your description, it looks like a Lipoma. It is accumulation of fat tissue.
In my opinion, you should get an Ultrasound of the area to know the extent of the swelling and FNAC ( Fine Needle aspiration Cytology ) of the swelling for the exact nature of the swelling.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and get investigated.
If it is a Lipoma, it can be removed completely.
