Question : lump under my perineum, it feels like a long hard capsule with a soft center. It burst throught the skin and is weeping. I have it for 2-3 years. Enlarges then pops then heals over.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a recurrent soft lump in perineal region since 2-3 years .

It is likely to be either Fistula in Anus or a recurrent perineal abscess.However it needs to get confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon and Radiological test called Fistulogram.

If confirmed you need to get it operated (Complete excision of fistulous tract).
