Brief Answer:
This is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.
I have seen the picture that you have attached.
This is a normal thing. Children who are chubby have these kind of folds due to presence of fat at abdominal region.
These folds will disappear as the child grows. I think that you should not worry about this at all.
I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Calcium deficiency needs to be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
If the child is not chubby, then calcium deficiency should be ruled out.
In calcium deficiency, the muscles of abdomen are weak, which can result in this type of situation.
In my opinion, you should do calcium levels and complete blood count in child.
Calcium syrup should be started for 2 months.
Review with report.
Take care.
