Suggest Treatment For Lumps On Scrotal Sac

Next morning I notice two small lumps on scrotal sac.. ( I think I was bitten by a spider) not like IN side, but a lump about size of a dime... like right under the skin. a little discomfort.. a little red.. the next day they got puss filled and began to drain I put Neo-sporin on them.. I also hot com-pressed them... one went away in a few days..
the other one; the mass is now larger.. .. I have some discomfort and pain on the surface of the skin.. ( feels kinda rubbed raw) but no abdominal pain, or discomfort... no scrotal pain... no more seepage of puss.. no blood in urine.. it is uncomfortable wearing jeans.. again, because the surface of the skin is tender, but no pain liked getting hit.... manipulating the lump.. it feels mostly firm... no pain other than on skin surface when manipulating the lump; I.e gently squeezing it....
I've been putting neo-sporin on sites every day and night...
suggestions? likely dx?
Infection after insect bite ,take treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to have developed pyodermas which is superficial skin infection after insect bite reactions .
But the good thing is that you have been taking good care of the affected areas .
Now as per the provided information, one lesion has completely subsided while one is still persisting and is painful .
I would suggest you to take sitz bath in warm water twice a day . You can do this by putting one to two very small crystals of potassium permanganate powder in a tub of warm water and then sitting with hips and scrotal region immersed in the tub for ten to fifteen minutes twice a day .
Continue with neosporin or mupirocin ointment twice daily over the lesion .
Take tablet paracetamol 650 mg thrice daily for two to three days along with tablet Claritin once daily to reduce the associated allergy and inflammation.
