Question: swollen lymph nodes under the armpits and severe loss of body hair in a pretty short amount of time. loss of apitite, what would you say it might you say it could be?

First of all to confirm about swelling in arm pits, ultrasonography (USG) and FNAC and if needed biopsy should be performed. I recommend these to all my patients with armpit swelling. This will confirm the nature of the disease you might be suffering. Should be done as soon as possible (ASAP)
FNAC/Biopsy report then can be correlated to the other symptoms.
Do you have any other symptoms like fever, loss of weight and body ache or weakness?
