have been treated 8/14 thru 11/14 with wrappings done by physical therapist, followed by compression stockings and pumps. Have pendulant area side of R knee area. Have appointment 8/18/15 with vascular surgeon for ?evaluation/tx.
I have lost 100 lbs. in past year--now 340 lbs. Started seeing new holistic M.D. for hypothyroidism 6/1/15--tests as follows at that time: TSH 0.9; Reverse T3 29;
Reverse T3 Ratio 2.4--am on Armour Thyroid 60 mg. tabs 2 in am and tab 1 in pm. Will be following up with holistic MD 8/5/15. Unable to post a picture at present (no camera). Have had no surgeries to pelvis as prior HX. Pendulous area affecting my gait. Please note I am a Registered Nurse. Thank you for your feedback--awaiting such.

Since you have a pendulous area on the side of your right knee, it is important to know the cause?
Localized lymphedema does not occur.
I would advise you ultrasonography with color doppler of the area to se the cause and re-confirm by doing an MRI of the area to decide the exact cause.
By proper diagnosis only it is possible for a proper treatment.
It may possible y be a diffuse lipoma or synovioma or so on.
It is possibly amenable to surgical correction.
