Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having muscular pain. Hot fomentation and anti inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen will be helpful .You can get your vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 level get done. If these are low then there supplementation will be required. Back exercises may be started after few days of anti inflammatory treatment to strengthening back muscles. Anxiety add to muscular pain so anxiolytic such as alprazolam may be of benefit. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. It does not seems to me due to kidney disease, but CT scan of both kidney and kidney function test (serum creatinine, Blood urea etc ) can be done to exclude it.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wishing you good health.
Take care.
