Thankfully we do not have to worry about this. the ear drops are anti fungal and anti inflammatory. Neither of these are toxic to 18 month old babies when taken orally, especially in the very small dose contained in ear drops. He will not experience any ill effects from this and you will not notice anything different in him.

She made the face, most likely, because of the taste of the medicine.
There is a very remote possibility she may experience some mild abdominal pain which could lead to some irritability. Bit nothing else and certainly nothing serious.

Just want to give more details, i put some 3 drops in her mouth and I see some different expression on her face then i realized i gave ear drops to her. So as per your confirmation the ear drops "Clotrimazole & Lignocaine Hydrochloride" will not do any harm.
COuld you please tell, any extra observation i should keep on her for today.
Am really worried, any issue by having this ear drops orally.
