Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Yes, I could give more detailed prescriptions on the recommended therapy schemes, but they could not be executed in the United States, as I exert my medical practice in Europe and you live in USA.
From the other hand, it is not a policy of this site to give medical prescription, but only recommendation and advices in order to guide you to have a more efficient discussion with your attending physician and conclude to the most appropriate therapy.
I could give you a suitable therapeutic combination if you could provide me with more specific details on your medical condition including:
- your physical activity/capacity
- your dyspnea (breathing problem status) related to several exercise activities, your systemic congestion status (the presence and distribution of possible body edema)
- recent cardiac ultrasound report
- lab tests reports (like liver, kidney and thyroid function tests , blood electrolytes)
- ECG
- any other possible medical comorbidities.
If you can provide me with the above mentioned test reports, I would be able to prescribe you a more detailed therapeutic combinations (daily doses and regimen).
I remain at your disposal if you have any other questions!
Best wishes,
Dr. Iliri
