Clinical examination required
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing again
You may need complete clinical examination and investigations of respiratory system.
So you have to meet near by Pulmonologist /Internal medicine specialist. You may need one opinion of orthopaedic surgeon.
There are many reasons for getting cancer
If you are chronic smoker. then chances of getting cancer is high.Whether active or passive smoker, you will be affected.
If you are inhaling any other carcinogenic gas for longer duration.
Heredity and environmental factors are also play important role.
Pain killers you are not supposed to take for longer time, it has its own side effect. Instead you can go for physiotherapy after consulting the doctor.
Just by taking history of patient its difficult to say that you are suffering from cancer. It requires complete clinical examination and investigations of respiratory system for the confirmation.
