Brief Answer:
These may be signs of a heart condition, you need a checkup and an ECG

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic,

Ectopic heart beats can be caused by many many different issues. Add to that the tremor and that leads me to suspect that it could be an issue where the heart beats really really fast and out of sync for a few beats every once in awhile. It's called an arrythmia.

Now, there's NO way to diagnose something like that without getting your full medical history,
finding out if you have any other medical issues,
doing a full medical exam,
running a few blood tests to check your thyroid in particular,
and finally getting an ECG.

So let me first ask you, have you gotten any of the above testing or examinations done recently? ECG's, Thyroid assays, etc?

If you have, uploading those reports would give me a great deal useful information that would help me be more of use to you.

If you have not, then try and get your primary to embark upon the course i have outlined. It;s the only way to deal with this issue in an organized and systematic manner.

Make sense? I look forward to your thoughts.
