Brief Answer:
likely a viral infection

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is likely that you have a mild viral infection related to the gastrointestinal tract because of the predominance of gastrointestinal symptoms (loss of appetite, nausea, change in stool)

Headache can occur with any viral infection.

If the light stools are frequent then you may need to use fluids and electrolytes to replace those that are loss.
An oral rehydration packet from your local pharmacy or sport drink such as gatorade would help to give you back both fluids and electrolytes.

Probiotics , because they help to restore the intestinal flora, would help the bowel movements to return to normal.

Paracetamol/tylenol would help with your headache. It can be used on an empty stomach.

Rest would also be important.

The use of bland, dry foods in small amounts would reduce the chance of vomiting.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
