Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for consulting Healthcare magic .
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query.
Read your query and i have seen that reports you have attached as far as I have observed your daughter lower central incisors are fine there is nothing to be worried and age for eruption of permanent upper central incisors are 7 to 8 year they will also erupt .
As you are asking for tooth alignment see what happened is as your daughter is 6 years old and in this age gap in between front teeth (central incisors) increases this is normal phase .As your daughter is in mixed dentition stage when both primary and permanent teeth are present in oral cavity . This stage growth of jaw bones and muscles occur to provide space for permanent teeth and guide them in correct
position .
For this I will advice you No treatment is required at this age as abnormal path of eruption is common and there is nothing to be worried .
You have to Maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice , Use mouthwash regularly , Take healthy diet .
Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.
