Question: My 2 year old son has got mouth ulcers , he is not eating or drinking any thing since last night. He is throwing up milk as well. Please advise any medicine. he is allergic to milk based products.

Hi...Use Zytee gel for mouth ulcers. At the same time as it might be due to vitamin deficiency, use multivitamin syrup like Syrup Zincovit or Polybion 5ml once a day for one month.

These are prescription medicines and you will need one for it.
