Suggest Treatment For Multiple Lipomas In Body

Question:
hello Doctor,

THIS IS MALE , I AM 31 YEAR OLD I AM FROM XXXXXXX on 10/8/2006 there are 4 lump's on my body i came to USA on 12/1/2006.

TODAY there are around 50 lump's on my body. This is regarding multiple lump's on my body(both hands and around stomach and both thigh ).

on December 2006 i went to doctor and doctor told that i have HBSAg positive and told that there is no medicine to cure.

and told that i have TO LIVE my life so on. on 2006 there are only 4 lumps and my body. now it is bad means it went around 50.

i am working as software developer in XXXXXXX DC , USA.

i didn't get married. AND ALSO I AM NOT SMOKER AND DRINKER

let me know what is the best opinion to take precautions and how to lead life. what is my life expectancy.

IF THERE ARE ANY TEST I NEED TO TAKE AND IF POSSIBLE IS THERE ANY SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM.

Hello Doctor,

Attached are the the reports which i have from December 2006.

i have uploaded following.

1)blood report
2) chest and right arm and right thigh pictures.
3)vaccine
4)final report
5)radiology
6) HBeAg test report
7)AHbe-T report

I am working in USA. my Age is 31.

i did not smoke or drink.

my parents are looking for a girl for marriage. please suggest what is my situation. what could be the life expectancy.

When was Hepatitis B infection diagnosed? As per the documents attached, it was 23.12.2006? Was it diagnosed during that period or before that? I am asking this because I can also see hep B vaccination done before that in 2005.

On December 2006, I went for checkup for lumps. At that time it was detected. On 2005 I got vaccine as a regular vaccine.

Hi,
Thanks for the additional information.
The lumps are lipomas. They are harmless and they can be removed surgically for cosmetic reasons.

As far as the hepatitis B issue is concerned, you can marry. But discuss about it with the bride. Check her hepatitis B status and if she is negative, she can be vaccinated for protection ( 3 doses in 6 months).

You need to undergo few more tests for deciding treatment for Hepatitis B-
1. Liver function test
2. HBV DNA quantitative test

Every 6 months you need to undergo the following tests -
1. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen
2. Serum alpha feto protein
