Brief Answer:
surgical excision , but only after proper assessment..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HealthcareMagic,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Well, if they're already diagnosed as lipomas, then surgical excision is the only and most reliable treatment option..however it's mainly indicated for relatively bigger ones and mostly for cosmetic purposes..

With latest advancement of surgical techniques, now a days, minimal incision required, so no need to worry about that.. just contact any experienced General Surgeon in your locality to have a look at them, further planning can be done accordingly..

You should also note although there're numerous advertisements regarding alternative treatment management, but till date, this is the only and most reliable treatment option..

Hope this is clear, feel free to ask in case of any further doubts..

Take Care
Kind Regards
