Detailed Answer:
Welcome at HCM
I am Dr Saad Sultan and will be answering your query. I have gone through your history and previous questions and completely understand your health concerns.
Do you have any other systemic disease like kidney problems ?
As far as muscle mass loss is concerned , only fatty liver disease doesn't cause it. I don't think it is due to liver problem until and unless there is is significant liver function compromise.
Diabetes on the other hand do result in loss of muscle mass.
There is need to investigate you for loss of muscle mass. If I am your Attending physician I will get your FBC, ESR , liver function tests, renal function tests, CPK And thyroid function tests.
Stay calm and meet your physician. Try to consume regular nutritional Food particularly meat.do regular exercise
May you get well soon

Welcome at HCM
I really appreciate your follow up.
Low platelet count predisposes one to bleeding. Small bleed below the skin appear as red spots called petechae. In your case if there is history of bleeding from nose or in stools , then we can think of it otherwise not.
Get your FBC and liver function tests. Ultrasound scan of abdomen for liver texture and spleen size are very important. Coarse liver texture with enlarged spleen do result in low platelets.
Meet your physician so that it can be clinically correlated.
Hope it helps
