Question: Upper left chest pain feels like a pulled muscle Hurts when I move my arm in a circular motion. Stabing pain, no other symptoms is localized to one area

Hello, even though this sounds more muscular than cardiac, any left-sided chest pain has to be considered cardiac until proved otherwise. Since it hurts to move your shoulder, it could simply be shoulder bursitis which would respond to moist heat, capsaicin cream, and oral ibuprofen. But, that said, you need to have a doctor evaluate this right away.
