Brief Answer:
Muscle relaxants should help

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It must be due to some muscle strain you are having these symptoms. Taking a muscle relaxant will help in getting relief in this condition. You might also require a few analgesics like Ibuprofen which you will need to take 2 - 3 times a day if pain is severe, provided you have no liver dysfunction. Regarding the muscle relaxants, they are all prescription drugs, so you will need to visit a doctor and get one after a thorough physical examination. You can ask your doctor for Tab. Liofen. Due to restrictions, the prescription and dosage cannot be addressed on the forum.

Other methods that would help is hot water fomentation. You should try using a hot water bag and put it over the affected area for a period of 10 minutes every 4 hours. That will also help.

If you have any further query do get back.

Regards,
Pradeep
