Brief Answer:
Muscle strengthening, balance training will be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Balance and mobility often decline with aging. Weaker muscles, delayed reaction times, and abnormal sensory system usually contribute to decline in balance.
2. Addressing the main cause for fall is necessary.

Methods to improve against fall are:

1. Strengthening exercises of the major muscle groups of both upper and lower limb. Can use dumbbells, latex bands, wrist weights or even specialized machines. Strengthened muscles help improve movement, balance and posture.
2. Mild endurance training with a stationary bicycle will help in improved mobility.
3. Balance training like walking on a straight line or standing on one leg. You can use the walking stick during this time.

Improving safety around the area with railings around steps, soft paddings at pointed and hard areas and having a care-taker around at all times, will be very helpful. In slippery places, particularly bathrooms, kitchens, etc, rubber mats to prevent any slippage is necessary. Handles in bathrooms, to get up with support will be helpful. Areas should be well-lit. Slow movements at all times should be the motto. Sudden movements are the main reason for the loss of balance.

Diet needs to be improved. Protein rich diet, along with Vitamin supplements to improve overall well-being is essential. Any falls should be seriously addressed. Medication, any being taken should be regular. Always check medication before taking.

Not sure about your temperature. It appears to be too low. If it's indeed 82.3, you might need to go to emergency.

Hope it helps.
