Suggest Treatment For Nail Fungus On Toes And White Scales On Feet?

Question: I have been told I have nail fungus on toes and my whole feets get whitish and scale with it thicker on the sides of the bottom and thicker again on heels when u scrap off the dead skin after soa king there are tiny pin size black dots, are these roots or worts as I also have these don't in corners of fingers at the nail top and bottom and some whitish scale thicker skin forming on thumbs and fingers from beside nail and some even further onto finger?
