Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion Along With Turbinate Hypertrophy

Question: hi.

I have nasal congestion and tuberinate hypertrophy.i get nose block during night time. also sometimes with physical activities like climbing stairs I get nose block.iam an obese guy. recently visited hair salon while having hair cut I got mild breathing issues it stopped after hair cut and I walked for a kilometer no breathing problem I want to make sure it's because of my tuberinate hypertrophy instead of other diseases.during my last visit to doctor they told me my lungs were clear and chest x-ray within normal limit.please check my xray

Turbinate hypertrophy is a sign of chronic rhinitis due to deviation in nasal septum.
Your Xray shows you have nasal septum deviation with turbinate hypertrophy and right maxillary sinusitis.
Nasal blockage can lead to breathing problems. The problem may aggravate on temperature change or stress.
You should take a nasal spray twice daily. You should get septoplasty with endoscopic sinus surgery done.
Please tell me what medicines have u been taking so far.
