Brief Answer:
common cold or sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

these symptoms can be caused by many upper respiratory tract infections. The most common ones are the common cold and sinusitis. Sinusitis is usually more severe than the common cold. It causes headaches and may also cause fever (sometimes high) and usually follows a common cold. It's like a protracted common cold.

The common cold usually causes only nasal symptoms. Sometimes it may also cause a low fever. The throat can be a little sore and there could be some coughing.

There is no treatment for the common cold. You can only receive symptomatic treatment, that is treatment for the symptoms. There are nasal sprays for the congestion. Antihistamines may help with the runny nose. Paracetamol helps with the malaise. It lasts for a few days to a couple of weeks.

Sinusitis when accompanied by serious symptoms like high fever and severe headache requires antibiotic treatment. Otherwise nasal sprays (sprays containing corticosteroids may reduce the inflammation), nasal rinsing with normal saline and the rest of the treatment of the common cold.

I hope I've answered your question, although it wasn't very clear. Please contact me again, if you'd like to ask more questions or if you'd like any clarifications or further information.

Kind Regards!
