It seems you are suffering from Acute Gastro enteric infection that might be causing you the abdominal cramps.
I advice following to my patients in such case:
1. A combination antibiotic containing Ofloxacin and Ornidazole.
2. A good probiotic containing lactobacillus
3. A combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone.
4. Tab Drotaverine can be taken for stomach cramps.
My patients respond very well to this treatment with in 3 days.
