Question : I am very nauseated, stomach hurts, and dizzy. I don't want to move.

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I presume that you have no health issues involving the liver or the kidneys.
The likely causes for your abdominal pain and nausea are acid related inflammation of the stomach and the side effect of Fentanyl patches. Try a proton pump inhibitor like Omeperazole to reduce the inflammation and reduce / avoid Fentanyl.
You can use Promethazine ( Phenergan) to reduce your symptoms.
