Question: my abdomen and belly are poked out my boobs hurt tired nausea have unprotected sex all the time just got off antibiotics but im on nexplanon could I be pregnant this is how I was when I was pregnant with my daughter

since how long you are using? It can be easily confirmed either by urine test or an ultrasound scan. I prefer an ultrasound scan in your case in view of abdominal symptoms.We can rule out any other abnormalities of uterus and ovaries.
