Brief Answer:
Consult a neurologist for investigation and evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Neck pain post traumatic may be due to vertebral collapse or fracture, Nerve root compression or muscle spasm.
What are the Mri findings, how much time has passed since injury.
Is there any motor weakness, sensory loss or urinary loss?
For treatment physiotherapy, pain killers and muscle relaxant and pain modulator drugs like pregabalin, gabapentin or amitryptiline may be used.
You can also upload your images for evaluation.
Hope you found the answer helpful
