Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain
Symptoms related to cervical spine disease.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query here at HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Trapezius muscle and scapula are supplied by the accessory nerve that arises from C3 and C4 nerve roots.
If your chiropractor is right about Atlas displacement, this is not the cause of pain in trapezius muscle area.
I don't see any relation to liver or pancreas condition neither.
Possible causes are mainly related to cervical spine disease such herniated disc disease, cervical spine arthropathy and spondylolysthesis.
This is supported also by relief of symptoms after Ibprofen use.
In order to obtain a correct diagnosis, there is need for imaging studies of your cervical spine such neutral, flexed and extended position of the neck x-ray films and MRI of your cervical spine.
These issues should be discussed with a Neurologist.
Let me know, if I can assist you further.
Take care.
