What Relieves The Pain In The Back Due To The Herniated Disc?

hello i have a herniated disc i n my back and my ex doctor had me on 10mg oxycodone 180 tabs but he said he wanted to take me off of them because iam young 30 yrs old but i think he said that because i told him i take 2 of the pills for pain because 1 did not cut it but and my wife wanted me off of them to but my pain hurts so bad they dont undersstand but anyway long story short i went to a healer got healed no more pain for for about 25 days then pain cameback full throttle and i went to the doc and they urine tested me and doc released me because there was no oxy in my system wow what can i do now iam in pain!!!

It is typical of bulging disc. In most cases conservative management like physiotherpay and postural adjustments will be effective. In severe cases you can opt for steroid injection for long term pain relief.
