Suggest Treatment For Neck Sprain

Question: I have neck sprain from yesterday morning. It happened when I tried to pull a heavy table. Will it be automatically cured after 3-4 days if I use some pain reliever ointment.

Is there any home treatment I can do to make recovery faster

Yes, it will take 3-5 days time to heal up.

I suggest you keep hot pack compression over the neck twice a day for 15-20 minutes.

you can put small pillow at nape of neck when you sit or lie down to support neck.

I suggest you continue topical ointment. Along with it I suggest you anti inflammatory medications like Combiflame once a after food.
