I can understand your concern. Such type of pain on right side which is involving head, jaw and shoulder could be due to

: Gall stone pain - Gall stone can sometime radiate to right shoulder/jaw and can cause headache and nausea. If you are having history of repeated pain right upper abdomen, gastritis, it could be the cause.

It can ruled out by Ultrasound abdomen.

: Denat carries can cause jaw pain, headache. But shoulder pain will not be there. If no there cause is found, kindly consult for it.

; Right side neck sprain due to bad posture during sleep can cause neck muscle spasm and that can cause sever pain of neck/jaw/back of head and pain radiation upto shoulder. It can be checked by pressing over neck and shoulder, if local tenderness present, it means spasm.
