Suggest Treatment For Nocturnal Vomiting
Question: I have infrequent but violent episodes of nocturnal vomiting a small amount of stomach acid causing Esophageal, Nasal sinus, and Tracheal burn, sometimes aspiration pneumonia always URI.
Doctors either ignore that I have spoken, or continue the same old acid mitigation treatment. They Don't know!
Any Ideas?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The nocturnal vomiting is related to GERD. Apart taking antacids and PPIs, I would add anti-vomiting drugs (i.e. metoclopramide). You can discuss it further with your doctor.
You are also reporting arthritis in your medical history. Can you please provide what type of treatments you take about arthritis and/or cardiomyopathy? That can help me assist you further.
I advise to sleep with 2 pillows to improve your symptoms.
