Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query

There can be so many causes of red rashes. On the basis of your description of rash(Non itchy, painless, round, red rashes on back)I would like to rule out Pityriasis rosea. There can be other possibilities also.

The skin lesions are best diagnosed by direct examination.I request you to attach an image so that I better able to help you out.

I would like to know
1)For how long these rashes are there?
2)Is there any past or family history of rashes/allergy?
3)Have they appeared simultaneously or one by one?
4)Is there any rapid increase in size or change in color?
5)Are there any scales over the lesions?
6)Are they elevated from the skin surface?

Waiting for follow up.
Regards
