Hello
Thanks for choosing wwwhealthcaremagic
When you are able to retract partially but not fully, it is called Paraphimosis and if it is impossible to retract, it is phimosis. It needs correction by a minor surgery called Circumcision. There is no medical treatment or physiotherapy possible. so consult a urologist

Thanks Sir,
As you have has suggested me to go for Circumcision but after circumcision the glans will be fully exposed normal condition of penis(not erect) or the glans will be partially covered. The glans are the most sensitive part of penis , so after removing the foreskin the glans will be bare???? Will i have problems in future. What improvements do i expect in my sexlife??

Brief Answer:
one gets adapted to the bare glans

Hello
Yes, I am suggesting for circumcision . The glans gets adapted to being fully exposed so there is no problem later in sex life. After getting it done, you will have smooth entry otherwise it is painful or may be difficult to enter.
