Brief Answer:
CTS probable cause.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

It is a little unclear what do you mean by having CTS in 2013, do you mean you were diagnosed or that you had surgery? Are the symptoms present since then?

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) can well justify those symptoms. It is often bilateral, involving both hands. Even if you have had surgery in up to one third of the patients symptoms may persist or recur to some degree. So that would be the most likely cause, in particular if you happen to have a known cause such as diabetes or rheumatological conditions as well.

Other causes apart from CTS may include peripheral polyneuropathy, rheumatological conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren's syndrome etc, vitamin B12 deficiency etc. However given your prior history CTS would be most likely.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
