Brief Answer:
You are having Oral Submous Fibrosis .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
As per your clinical history it appears that you are having Oral Submous Fibrosis with poor oral hygiene .

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Mouth gargle twice daily after food like Triguard,
Tab Vitamin C chewable twice daily like Tab Limcee ,
Syrup Vitomin Z twice daily,
Syrup Mucaingel 5ml 15 min before food ,
Antibiotic Tab O2 twice daily after food ,
Tab Rantac twice daily &
Tab Combiflam twice daily for pain & swelling after food.

Avoid gutka , tobacco , supari & spicy food.
For mouth opening you have to do mouth opening exercise thrice daily with wooden icecream spoon in bundle. Also you have to take Inj Kenacort 40mg & Inj Hynidase each week for 12 weeks.

Here my suggestion is that you should consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination & taking Injections each week.

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
