Suggest Treatment For Oral Thrush, Fever And Diarrhea
Thanks
acute symptoms occur within 2 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
The symptoms and problems you had at 48 hours and at 8 days were not caused by HIV.
There is an acute HIV syndrome that includes flu-like symptoms such as fever, sore throat, and fatigue, but this only occurs 2-4 weeks after exposure and lasts for a week or two.
What you need to do is get the current symptoms treated and have another HIV test 3 months after exposure. If that is negative then you can relax and feel sure that you are not HIV positive.
Try to lower your stress. Exercise regularly. Take a multivitamin daily. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Get 8 hour of sleep nightly.
Take care of yourself and in the future use protection for sexual encounters

Also , I read that thrush can be caused by diabetes and i was suffering from back head headache, can it be the cause in this situation?
Thanks you very much
thanks for he follow up
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The 4th generation test is very good but limited at 14 days because some people do not convert to positive within the first two weeks.
Yes, it is possible for symptoms to occur in 2-4 weeks before you become positive on the test, but not before 2 weeks.
Thrush is caused by a yeast and yes it is more common in diabetics, but can occur in almost anyone.
Urinary frequency may indicated elevated sugars so you should get checked out for that. Pain with urination is often caused by stones or infection so it is good that you got checked for chlamydia.
Drink plenty of water and get checked again if this pain continues

thanks again
thanks for the follow up
Detailed Answer:
Epididymitis and orchitis may occur in people with HIV but they are not caused by HIV, they are caused by other organisms. Chlamydia and gonorrhea are the most common organisms but other bacteria can also be involved.

consistent with infection like the orchitis or epididymitis
Detailed Answer:
These are consistent with your recent infections. Just make sure you get the HIV test repeated in 3 months. There is nothing alarming in these results.

so the low Neutrophil not related to hiv early infaction ?
can yeast infaction case orchitis or epididymitis ?
what is the causes if low Neutrophil and high red blood cells ?
thanks
answers
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yeast does not cause orchitis or epididymitis.
The low WBC and neutrophil count can be from any sort of viral infection and do not necessarily man HIV.
the RBC, MCV and MCH are just variants of normal. If your hemoglobin and hematocrit are normal this is not a concern
