Brief Answer:
Nothing to be concerned about
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.
Please be informed that this pain is due to exertion of the penile muscles and such a thing is completely acceptable. As muscles work more there is accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles and this causes the pain. Evion Forte is for general health and would not directly improve the situation. You would have to bear with it but there is no need to worry.

Brief Answer:
You need to understand the physiological process
Detailed Answer:
You did not possibly understand what is going on. What you described is just a normal process. It might be painful and bothersome. But the penile muscles are getting exhausted and this is the cause of the pain. You may avoid the sexual act for a day or two, till the pain resolves. But medicines will simply not help.

Sir, what I now understand is that: 1) The penile muscle will become normal & the pain will resolve automatically without any treatment.
Can you please tell me how much time it will take ?

Thanks for writing back. Sorry for the inadvertent delay in responding. To be able to answer your queries I would need answers to the following:
* How frequently do you have sex (or masturbate)?
* The estimated duration of intercourse.
* How long does your erection last? How long does it take for the erection to subside completely?
* How long after the intercourse do you have the pain? (assuming that the subsequent sexual act occurs after an interval)
Let me know and I will help you accordingly.
