Brief Answer:
Muscle strengthening exercises will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.Yes,it is a common problem following osteoarthritis. To help you in a better way please tell me -
1.Do you have tremors at rest also?
2.Do you have chronic disease like diabetes / thyroid?
3.Do you smoke or take alcohol ?
My suggestion would be to have physiotherapy session to improve muscle strength beside taking ibuprofen and muscle relaxant drug thiocolchicoside ( prescription only).
Hope this answers your query.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Diabetes and smoking lead to neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
You are welcome
A common cause for disease of nerve (neuropathy) is diabetes and smoking. The nerve which supply message from brain and spinal cord to muscle gets affected leading to muscle fatigue and tremors.
Hence,it is highly recommended to keep blood sugar around normal level and quit smoking.l know it's bit difficult but nothing is impossible.
Meanwhile continue with the treatment as discussed earlier.
Happy new year
Regards

Thank you Doctor,
My sugar is always around 5 as I have never consumed junk food. Vegtables, white meat and lots of water plus two glasses of wine a day as I mentioned before is my diet. Smoking is a very hard drug to beat and I do plan to contol it.
Happy New Year to you as well,
