Brief Answer:
Degenerative joint disease.

Detailed Answer:
Good evening,

Thank you for writing on health care magic

I have gone through your history. Your mother is suffering from Osteoarthritis of the knees, that is the condition in which the cartilage between the joints get destroyed due to older age or due to wrong postures. Sadly the treatment are very limited in this condition, but I can give you some tips which if your mother follows can help stop the process. She is a bit too young to be going for a surgery.

1. First and foremost, she needs to lose weight which can happen with diet and exercise. For 4.11 height, 75 kgs weight is a lot. Losing weight will help reduce the joint degradation as weight is single and the most important factor which predisposes to this condition.

2. Secondly, she needs to avoid postures of crossed legged, XXXXXXX toilet, avoid sitting on the floor.

3. She needs to use good shoes, sports shoes or ladies shoes with a good cushion effect. That will help the knees in providing a cushioning effect.

4. Exercises play an important role as you need to focus on strengthening the quadriceps muscles more, which will provide better support to the knees.

5. In medications, you can try tablets Lubrijoint as well as it provides some of the constituents for the cartilage. ( it will only benefit 20-30 %)

6. Lastly if the pain is too much, we at times give a small injection in the joint to relieve the inflammation. But that to be given by a rheumatologist or orthopaedic only.

I hope the information has been useful and she should implement it
