Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

Osteoarthritis of hip is a condition in which the synovial fluid lubricant in the joint is diminished leading to wear and tear of the articular cartilage.
Usually this process is a physiological one and tends to occur at age of 70 years.

In your case,it seems to be in early stage. So,active and passive hip mobilisation exercises will help immensely.

Cartilage saving drugs like MSM,glucosamine, chondroitin sulphate along with calcium and vitamin D supplements will help.

Avoid squatting and sitting cross legged to increase the life of the hip joint.
If you could post the Xray/MRI of the hip here, then i can guide you further in a better way.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Kind regards.
